  • IT Specialist for IBM System X servers, IBM System Z mainframes & network devices.
  • Dedicated to deliver IBM technologies & solutions to customer's environment.
  • Work closely with IBM global support to deliver services and corrective actions to customers.
  • Plan, coordinate, execute Preventive Maintenance action plans and provide report for IBM customers

  • In charge of maintenance & support department.
  • Responsible for providing IT maintenance & support to various Indonesian and multinational clients.
  • Provide troubleshooting through remote or on-site handling.
